Hieng Kimsreng, CIA member, confessed that in July 1977 [he/she] contacted Vuthy, engineer of paper factory, and joined the CIA in Khmer Engineers Association. Then Saophoan informed them that there would have an other network to instruct them the way to cause machines to break down in factory.
