After distributing the confession of Vietnamese spies to French, Indian, Malasian, Thai, Australian, Mexican, and Pakistani embassies, these embassies asked for more so that they could send to their governments that tended to be our side. The interview with Brother Secretary had not been distributed to them yet. Laos invited Cambodian delegation to pay visit to Laos in order to build up friendship and solidarity between Laos and Cambodia. This report had been copied and sent to uncle, uncle Nuon, brother vann, brother Vorn and office documentation.
ក្រោយពីយើងខ្ញុំចែកចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ចារកម្មយួនដល់ស្ថានទូត, បារាំង, ឥណ្ឌា, ម៉ាឡាយូ, ថៃ, អូស្ដ្រាលី, ម៉ិចសិក និងប៉ាគីស្ថាន ពួកស្ថានទូតទាំងអស់នេះស្នើសុំបន្ថែមទៀត នូវចម្លើយនេះ ដើម្បីផ្ញើទៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលគេ ដែលមានសមានចិត្ដមកខាងយើង។ ចំពោះបទសម្ភាសន៍រ បងលេខា យើងខ្ញុំមិនទាន់ចែកអោយគេ នៅឡើយទេ ឡាវបានអពោ្ជីញគណៈប្រតិភូយើង ទៅទស្សនៈកិច្ច នៅឡាវ ដើម្បីបង្កើតគំរោងមិត្ដភាពសាមគ្គីភាពរវាងឡាវ និងកម្ពុជា។ បានចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំ, អុំនួន, បងវ៉ាន់, បងវន និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
