Chhiem Saran aka Kim, chief of political platoon in Kilometer 6 factory, confessed that Chea was a White Khmer network of Khuon. Chhiem Saran knew Chea was a White Khmer network, because Launh told him. In December 1976, Chea and Pha, chief of political affairs in Sotr Nikum district, Siem Reap province, prepared to stage demonstration against the Party in Siem Reap region. As for Launh and Chhay were in Chea's networks.
