Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that Ngim, member of Battalion 123 Logistics and Be, soldier of Division 310 Office received a plot to destroy the materials in Phnom Penh, after April 17, 1975 liberation. They went ahead with the destructive activities and provocative acts against the revolution. They joined the meeting aimed at preparing for the attack target in Phnom Penh at 11 PM on May 1, 1976.
ឈ្មោះឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះងីម ភស្ដុភា វរសេនាតូច ១២៣ និង ឈ្មោះបេ យោធានៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-៧៥ ពេលមកដល់ភ្នំពេញភ្លាមបានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យបំផ្លាញ សម្ភារៈនៅក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញទាំងអស់។ បន្ដបន្ទាប់មកធ្វើសកម្មភាព បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញ បង្ករភាពអុកឡុកបដិវត្ដ។ ចូលរួមប្រជុំរៀបចំមុខសញ្ញា ក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញដើម្បីវាយបក្សនៅម៉ោង១១យប់ ថ្ងៃ១-៥-៧៦។
