Tum Pom, member of Big Cell, Division 310, conceded that Khean, former soldier of Unit 406, was Long's treacherous network. Long assigned Khean to recruit anti-revolutionary forces. Khean was nominated as Deputy Chief of Committee. Khean finally betrayed and worked as an undercover agents along with Chief of Region 42 Military Unit.
ឈ្មោះទុំ ប៉ុម កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឃាន អតីតយុទ្ធជនអង្គភាព ៤០៦ ជាបក្ខពួកក្បត់របស់ឡុង។ ឡុងបាន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យឃាន ប្រមូលកម្លាំងកំទេចបដិវត្ដ។ ឃានត្រូវបានខ្លួន ចាត់តាំងជាអនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការក្បត់ទៅបង្កប់ នៅជាមួយ ឈ្មោះផៃ ប្រធានយោធាតំបន់ ៤២។
