Tepyounoh, 26 years old and male, was a Cham. He was a bandit at Veal Renh mountainous rang. On May 14, 1976, Angkar made his arrest. His confession was about the propaganda ploy to build up the undercover forces in village. The forces would be used to mount an anti-revolutionary attack in a bid to capture guns. He encouraged new people to run counter to the revolution and cause damages to the cooperative. He seduced people not to trust in the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះតិប យូណុះ អាយុ ២៦ ឆ្នាំ ភេទប្រុស ជនជាតិចាម ជាចោរព្រៃនៅភ្នំវាលរេញ ហើយត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១៤-៥-៧៦។ ក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពបានឆ្លើយពីផែនការឃោសនាកសាង កម្លាំងបង្កប់ក្នុងភូមិចាំវាយកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដដើម្បីយកកាំភ្លើងចូលព្រៃ បំផុសប្រជាជនថ្មីឱ្យប្រឆាំងជាមួយអង្គការ ដើរបំផ្លាញសហករណ៍ឱ្យប្រជាជនអស់ជំនឿលើការដឹកនាំរបស់អង្គការ។
