So Kim-an aka Mei, 44 years old, was born in Prek Neak Loeung Village, Prek Neak Loeung Sub-district, Peam Ro District, in Region24. In 1955, he passed a high certificate of Pali. He was later convinced by layman Khut to join the Free Khmer. In 1970, Khuon convened Regional Committee meeting and declared the nomination of Mei as Deputy Secretary of the Region and, in other words, the Region 105 an autonomous one. In 1976, Mei assumed the responsibility for social affairs and health care in Region 105. He also worked as a chief of Vietnam relationship affairs. In January 1977, he was deprived of being a chief of Vietnam relationship affairs. On March 24, 1977, Angkar made his arrest. Since his entry into the CIA, he expanded 36 CIA networks, most of them were students, teachers, Region 106 District secretary Nhem Noeun aka Khoeun, and State Commerce member, Tann Try aka Loeun. Angkar made their arrest.
ឈ្មោះសូ គឹមអាន ហៅ ម៉ី អាយុ ៤៤ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិ ឃុំ ព្រែកអ្នកលឿង ស្រុកពាមរ តំបន់ ២៤។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៤ ប្រលង ជាប់សាលាបាលីជាន់ខ្ពស់ ហើយត្រូវបានអាចារ្យឃុត អូសទាញ ចូលខ្មែរសេរី។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ បានចេញពីកំពង់ធំមកនៅភ្នំពេញ ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយ យឹម ឆន បន្ទាប់មកយឹម ឆន បានឧ-ទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យស្គាល់ ដាវ៉ាល់។ ដាវ៉ាល់បានចាត់តាំងកម្លាំង ៣នាក់ តាមចាប់ម៉ី ២លើក។ ក្រោយមកនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឃួន បានប្រជុំ គណៈតំបន់ហើយប្រកាស់ចាត់តាំងម៉ីជាអនុលេខាតំបន់និងប្រកាស់តំបន់១០៥ ជាតំបន់ស្វយ័ត។ ១៩៧៦ ម៉ីទទួលខុសត្រូវសង្គមកិច្ច សុខាភិបាល តំបន់១០៥ ផងនិងធ្វើប្រធានគណៈទាក់ទងជាមួយ យួនផង។ ខែ១-៧៧ ម៉ីត្រូវបានគេដកការងារទាក់ទងជាមួយយួន ចេញ ហើយត្រូវបក្សចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី២៤-៣-១៩៧៧។ ចាប់តាំង ពីម៉ី ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីមកបានកសាងកម្លាំងបានចំនួន ៣៦ នាក់ ភាគច្រើនជាសិស្ស និងគ្រូ និងមួយផ្នែកទៀតមានឈ្មោះញ៉ែម នឿន ហៅ ខឿន លេខាស្រុកតំបន់១០៦ និងឈ្មោះតាន់ ទ្រី ហៅ លឿន ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ពួកនេះត្រូវបានបក្សចាប់ខ្លួនអស់ហើយ។
