Samatt, 32 years old, was a Cham. He confessed to Snguon's treacherous activities. In 1965, Snguon joined the Free Khmer movement. In 1970, Snguon served the army and involved in the treasonous acts ranging from killing people on charge of colluding with the Vietnamese enemy to criticizing cadre for sending soldiers to death. In May 1975, he prompted soldiers and female soldiers to defect from their revolutionary army. Accordingly, Angkar made his arrest.
ឈ្មោះសាម៉ាត់ អាយុ ៣២ ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិចាម បានឆ្លើយសារភាព ពីប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥ ចូលខ្មែរសេរី។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពហើយបានទាក់ទងចូលរួមជាមួយពួកក្បត់ធ្វើ សកម្មភាពចាប់ប្រជាជនយកទៅសម្លាប់ចោទថាចូលដៃជាមួយខ្មាំងយួន វាយប្រហារកម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំកងទ័ពថាបញ្ជូនយុទ្ធជនឱ្យទៅងាប់។ នៅខែ៥-៧៥ បំផុសបំបែកបំបាក់យុទ្ធជននិងយុទ្ធនារីក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព បដិវត្ដ ហើយរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
