Roun Matt aka Roun Savy received no education. On July 11, 1973, he joined the revolution. In September 1973, he fled to his home for 1 month and 25 days. Later on, Angkar brought him back into Office 13. In January 1975, he was under political training at Kandal Koh pagoda in Tik Vil Sub-district for 25 days and technical training at Koh Khsach Tunlea for 15 days. In 1975, he was trained to be adriver at Office 90. Subsequently, he drove at the state commerce. He convinced soldiers to flee to Vietnam and not to join the revolution. In September 1975, he was incarcerated at Office 43.
ឈ្មោះរូន ម៉ាត់ ហៅ រូន សាវី មិនចេះអក្សរ។ ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅថ្ងៃ ទី១១-៧-៧៣។ ខែ៩-៧៣ រត់មកផ្ទះបាន ១ខែ ២៥ថ្ងៃ បន្ទាប់ មកអង្គការប្រមូលចូលមន្ទីរ ១៣។ ខែ១-៧៥ ទៅរៀននយោបាយ នៅវត្ដកណ្ដាលកោះ ឃុំទឹកវិល រយៈពេល២៥ថ្ងៃ រៀនបចេ្ចកទេស លើកោះខ្សាច់ទន្លា ១៥ថ្ងៃ។ ក្នុង១៩៧៥ មករៀនបើកឡាននៅមន្ទីរ ៩០ ក្រោយមកបើកឡាននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ។ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុស យុទ្ធជនកុំឱ្យចូលបដិវត្ដ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យរត់ទៅយួន។ ហើយនៅ ខែ៩-៧៥ ជាប់គុកនៅមន្ទីរ៤៣។
