Rong, working in Regiment, Division 920, told Sinuon that Rong betrayed the revolution after Phnom Penh liberation. Accordingly, Sinuon and Sang agreed that Rong was Khuon's man. Rong discussed with Sean plans to mobilize Khuon's forces. Before being transferred to Mondul Kiri Province, he assigned Sinuon to supervise At and Maly. Later on, according to Khuon's nomination, Rong and his 6 networks got ready to liberate Mondul Kiri Province and Northeast Zone.
ឈ្មោះរ៉ុង វរសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ ក្រោយរំដោះភ្នំពេញឃួនបាន ឧទេ្ទសនាមប្រាប់ស៊ីនួនថា រ៉ុងក្បត់។ ហេតុនេះស៊ីនួននិងសាងបាន ឯកភាពថា រ៉ុងជាមនុស្សរបស់ឃួន។ រ៉ុងបានពិភាក្សាជាមួយ ស៊ានរកផែនការប្រមូលកម្លាំងរបស់ឃួន។ មុននិងបែកទៅមណ្ឌលគិរី វាបានឧទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យស៊ីនួនគ្រប់គ្រងអាតនិងម៉ាលី។ ក្រោយមកតាម ការចាត់តាំងរបស់ឃួន រ៉ុងនិងបក្ខពួក៦នាក់ទៀតបានត្រៀមខ្លួនចាំ រំដោះមណ្ឌលគិរីនិងភូមិភាគឥសាន។
