Chhay Cheng aka Phat, a soldier of division 502 confessed that Kay, former chief of division 502 group and current commander of platoon 3, and himself received a command from the person called Oeun to recruited forces, to hide collected weapon for supporting their forces, and to hide mines in Pochentong airport in order to kill guests.
ឈ្មោះឆាយ ចេង ហៅផាត ជាយុទ្ធជននៅអង្គភាពកងពល៥០២បាន សារថា ខ្លួនជាមួយឈ្មោះ កយ «ប្រធានក្រុម អង្គភាពកងពល៥០២ បច្ចុប្បន្នបញ្ជាការអនុសេនាតូច ៣»ទៅទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ អឿនឱ្យដើរប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ឱ្យបានច្រើន យកអាវុធលាក់ទុកសំរាប់បញ្ជូនឱ្យបក្ខពួកនៅខាងក្រៅ ហើយដាក់មីននៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។ បន្ទាប់មកទៀត កយ និងបក្ខពួកបានលូនទៅដុតឃ្លាំង ស្រូវនៅជិតរោងកុន តែត្រូវបែកការណ៍។
