Chhay Cheng aka Phat, member of Division 502, admitted that in 1976, Koeun, Chief of Group, Company 13, and he accepted plots of Vai, member of Regiment. The plots were to expand more treacherous forces, collect food, hide weapons and find ways of assassinating the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត នៅកងពល ៥០២ បានសារភាពថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនរួមជាមួយគឿន ប្រធានក្រុមនៅអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះវៃ វរសេនាធំ ដោយឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំង ក្បត់ថែមទៀត ប្រមូលស្បៀង អាវុធលាក់ទុក និងរកយុទ្ធវិធីសម្លាប់ អង្គការដឹកនាំ។
