Phat Chenda aka Chhai, Chief of Group at Factory D-1, confessed that Khoeun, Chief of Saut Nikum District, received Khuon's plans to bring about disintegration among people and soldiers. He urged soldiers to defect from their units, go against the Angkar's assignment and expand the Free Khmer Force.
ឈ្មោះផាត ចិន្ដា ហៅ ឆៃ ប្រធានក្រុមនៅរោងចក្រដ-១ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះឃឿន គណៈស្រុកសូត្រនិគម បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឃួន ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជននិងកងទ័ពឱ្យបែកបាក់គ្នា បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ ប្រឆាំងនឹងការចាត់តាំងរបស់អង្គការ កសាងកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរី។
