Phea Cheda, 3th student, and CIA member in region 5 confessed that Keo Sovann was a CIA member of Chann Saran, 2nd lieutenant. Keo Sovann was trained in CIA strategy by Chann Saran for two times. During the war, Keo Sovann persuaded people to serve the enemy in Kampong Thom province.
