Lim Long aka Long, Chief of Battalion 113, Division 310, confessed that Khoeun, working at Kampong Cham-Kampong Thom Mobile Work of Northern Zone Communication, made contact with the White Khmer. He was educated by Khoeun to join the White Khmer and to contact him by letters to prepare to attack the party on the occasion of the Party Anniversary on September 30, 1976.
ឈ្មោះលឹម ឡុន ហៅ ឡុង ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច ១១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឃឿន នៅគមនាគមន៍ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ចល័ត កំពង់ចាម កំពង់ធំ បានទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្មែរស។ ហើយបានអប់រំខ្លួនឱ្យចូលខ្មែរស ព្រមទាំងទាក់ទងតាមសំបុត្រឱ្យរៀបចំកម្លាំងវាយបក្ស នៅថ្ងៃបុណ្យខួបបក្ស ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
