Lam Doar and Um Thy, CIA members, were arrested by the Angkar. Lam Doar was a former engineer and director of two-dog-mark-battery factory, and Um Thy was chief of two-dog-mark-battery factory laboratory. The both people frequently withstood the revolution by causing machines not to run and workers to be dangerous, producing degenerate batteries with not well to mix up chemical substances, and continuously convincing workers to revolt against the revolution.
