Koy Chheng Lay, train worker, conceded that Khorn, mechanic of Steam Engine, was convinced by Norng Moeun to involve in the treasonous activities in 1976. Khorn launched a daily campaign in an attempt to have workers disgust the revolution. In other words, Koy Chheng Lay received Norng Moeun's plots to strike the party two or three times.
ឈ្មោះកុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររថភ្លើងបានសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឃន ជាងខ្ទះយន្ដចំហាយ ត្រូវឈ្មោះនង មឿន អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់នៅខែ២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ហើយបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពឃោសនារាល់ថ្ងៃដើម្បីឱ្យកម្មករស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។ ចំណែកកុយ ឆេងឡាយ ធ្លាប់បានទទួល ផែនការវាយបក្សពីរបីដងពី ឈ្មោះនង មឿនដែរ។
