Kakk, soldier of division 310 economic unit, was implicated in Sam Hum aka Phen and Chhim Sim aka Pin's confessions. These confessions were that he cooperatively burnt down one boat machine near Preah Ketomealea hospital. Later, he was introduced by Yum to take part in traitorous activities. In March 1976, Kakk recieved an order to destroy state animals and poisoned revolutionary forces. Involving in this activity, 3 pigs and 10 chickens were destroyed.
ឈ្មោះកាក់ នាទីយុទ្ធជននៅអង្គភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកងពល ៣១០បាន ត្រូវឈ្មោះសំហុំហៅផែន និងឈឹមស៊ីមហៅពីនឆ្លើយដាក់ថាបាន សហការទៅដុតម៉ាស៊ីនកាណូត ១គ្រឿងក្បែរពេទ្យព្រះកេតុមាលា។ ក្រោយមកទៀតឈ្មោះយំអប់រំអោយចូលរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់។ ខែ ៣ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ កាក់បានទទួលផែនការអោយបំផ្លញសត្វរបស់រដ្ឋ និងដាក់ថ្នាំពុលក្នុងបាយបំពុលកម្លាំងបដវត្ដ។ សកម្មភាពដាក់ថ្នាំនេះបានធ្វើអោយជ្រូក ៣ក្បាល និងមាន់១០ក្បាលត្រូវងាប់។
