Aom Soek, Train machine repairer at Phnom Penh, confessed that Nhoek Chamraen, repairer of Steam Train in Battambang joined the CIA force in 1968. Chamraen attended the treacherous meeting and received the plots to convince people to hate the Angkar, built up the CIA force and found way to destroy the revolutionary force.
