Srev Phles aka Savy, female soldier of Office K-16, Region 105, confessed to his treacherous activities. In April 1975, he joined the revolution at Office K-16 under the control of Mei Bopha. In March 1976, Mei Bopha lured him to join CIA, build up the CIA forces and destroy the revolution materials. He also encouraged soldiers and female soldiers to involve in sexual misconduct and to be lazy working. He attended the meeting and accepted anti-revolutionary attacking plot in June 1977. In October 1977, Angkar made his arrest.
ឈ្មោះសេ្រវផ្លិស ហៅ សាវី យុទ្ធនារីនៅមន្ទីរក-១៦ តំបន់ ១០៥ បានឆ្លើយពីប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពថាៈ ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅខែ៤-៧៥ នៅមន្ទីរក-១៦ ក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ីបូផា។ នៅខែ៣-៧៦ ម៉ីបូផា អប់រំអូសទាញឱ្យចូលធ្វើសេអ៊ីអា មានភារកិច្ចកសាង កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដ បំផុសយុទ្ធជននិងយុទ្ធនារីឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌និង ខ្ចិលធ្វើការ។ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការធ្វើ រដ្ឋប្រហារវាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ៦-៧៧។ ក្រោយមកត្រូវអង្គកា រចាប់ខ្លួន នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៧។
