Chann Hoeun aka Phy, Deputy Chief of Animal Raising Office, confessed that Khoeun, Chief of Taprok Sub-district, Chamkar Leu District, Kampong Cham Province, joined the CIA in 1973. Khoeun contacted Prok Village Chief, to demolish Office M-87 and to carry out an anti-revolutionary activities successively.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ហឿន ហៅ ភី អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឃឿន ប្រធានឃុំតាប្រុក ស្រុកចំការលើ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាមចូល សេ អុី អា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ឃឿន បានទាក់ទងជាមួយប្រធានភូមិ ឈ្មោះ ប្រុក ដើម្បីកម្ទេចមន្ទីរ ម៨៧ និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
