Pol Choeun, [member of]Political Affairs of Company 290, and Sokh Tort, Deputy Chief of Group, confirmed that Chann, [member of]Political Affairs of Battalion 22, Division 290, convinced them to adopt treacherous stance. Of the treacherous leadership, Chann received "Ng" Chief's secret plots to convince people to resist all the party's directives. Later on, Chann assigned his accomplices to cut off river Slaut's bridges. Chann organized constant meetings to consolidate the traitorous spirit and to examine the acts.
ឈ្មោះប៉ុល ជឿន នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ ២៩០ និង សុខ ទត អនុក្រុម បានបញ្ជាក់ថាៈ ឈ្មោះចាន់ នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ២២ កងពល ២៩០ បានអប់រំខ្លួនឱ្យក្បត់។ ចាន់ ជាក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំ ពួកក្បត់ដោយទទួលផែនការសម្ងាត់ពីគណៈ«ង» ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជន ទប់ទល់គ្រប់សារាចររបស់បក្ស។ ក្រោយមកចាន់ ដាក់ផែនការផ្ដាច់ ស្ពាន់ស្ទឹងស្លូត ឱ្យបក្ខពួកអនុវត្ដ។ ចាន់ បានប្រជុំបក្ខពួកជា ញឹកញាប់ដើម្បីពង្រឹងស្មារតីក្បត់និងពិនិត្យការងារក្បត់របស់ពួកវា។
