Pann Ho, member of Platoon, Unit 170, confessed that Kul Dun studying in Beijing joined the Free Khmer in 1973. He nominated Kul Dun to build up the treacherous forces, to convince the people and soldiers to go against the revolution, and to prepare forces to attack the revolution in April 1976.
ឈ្មោះប៉ាន់ ហូ អនុសេនាតូច អង្គភាព១៧០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះគល់ ឌុន រៀននៅប៉េកាំង បានចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងឱ្យគល់ ឌុន កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បំផុសប្រជាជន យុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងវាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ៤-៧៦។
