Yun Soeun aka Yuos, a chief of Eastern zone handicraft, confessed that Leav, cadre of Northwest zone, was a Free Khmer agent coming from Hanoi with Yuos. In September 1970, during the arrival in Northeast zone, Leav and Yuos joined the secret meeting with their networks on planning to dispute the Communist Party's power. After that time, they were separately sent to Eastern zone.
ឈ្មោះ យន់ សឿន ហៅ យស់ ប្រធានសិប្បកម្មបូព៌ា បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ លាវ កម្មាភិបាលនៅភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យ ជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មែរសេរី មកពីហាណូយ ជាមួយ យស់។ ខែកញ្ញា-១៩៧០ ពេលមកដល់ ភូមិភាគឦសាន លាវ និង យស់ បានប្រជុំសម្ងាត់ជាមួយបក្សពួកខ្លួន ពីគម្រោងដណ្ដើមអំណាចពីបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ។ ក្រោយមក អង្គការ បំបែកទៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។
