Yim Dam, worker of train unit confessed that Kem Ban was his network who was responsible for collecting information. In September, 1976 Kem Ban reported that there were a lot of In Tam soldiers and 4,000 tanks to prepare launching an attack the revolution in coming dry season. Besides, Kem Ban was responsible for spreading out unfact information to the people in order to provoke turmoil.
ឈ្មោះ យីម ដាំ កម្មកររទេះភ្លើងបានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ កែម បាន ជាខ្សែរយះសំរាប់ស្រង់ពត៌មានឱ្យខ្លួន«យីម ដាំ»។ នៅខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ កែម បាន បានរាយការណ៍ថាមានកងទ័ពអ៊ិន តាំជាច្រើន ពាន់នាក់ និងមានរថក្រោះ៤០០០គ្រឿងត្រៀមវ៉ៃមកលើបដិវត្ដ នារដូវប្រាំងខាងមុខនេះ។ ជាមួយភារៈកិច្ចស្រង់ពត៌មាន និងរាយការណ៍ ឈ្មោះកែម បាន មានភារៈផ្សាយពត៌មានមិនពិត ទៅក្នុងចំណោមមហាជនដើម្បីបង្អើលប្រជាជន។
