Voal Sapon and Man Sambo confessed that Put Kim Seng, a military police man, joined the CIA in 1966 through Tit Kung's network and also contacted Kolap Sarit Seila. Kim Seng disguised himself as a worker so as to find out information at power plant 2. After April 17, 1975, Kim Seng worked at power plant 2 and reconnected his old network. After the Angkar pulled Tit Kung out, Kim Seng reconnected Sophuong Bopha and received Um Chamreun's plots to destroy machines' spare parts and to demonstrate in demand for children being taken care by their own.
ឈ្មោះ វាល់ សាប៉ុន និង ម៉ន សំបូរ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ពុត គឹមសេង ជាប៉េអឺម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ក្នុងខ្សែទិត គង់ ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយកុលាប សារិតសីលា។ គឹមសេង បាន ទៅបន្លំធ្វើកម្មករដើម្បីយកការណ៍នៅអគ្គិសនីទី២។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ គឹមសេង មកនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់ ឡើងវិញ។ ពេលអង្គការដកទិត គង់ចេញ គឹមសេង មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ជាមួយសូភួង បូផាវិញ ហើយទទួលផែនការឱ្យកំទេចគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីន និងទទួលផែនការពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើនឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារ។
