Ty Sovatha, working in textile factory T-4, confessed that in 1970, Ros Savan joined the C.I.A in In Tam's network; after April 17, 1975 he linked with his network in textile factory T-4, under the nomination of Hao Seng, and then carried out [traitorous]activities such as burying 3 C-25 Radios behind Bao Ly factory in order to use them during staging the rebellion in April 1976.
ឈ្មោះ ទី សុវត្ថា នៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះរស់ សាវ៉ន បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ កុ្នងខ្សែរបស់ អ៊ិន តាំ។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួននៅ រោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ហោ សេង ហើយបាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពកប់វិទ្យុ សេ-២៥ ចំនួន ៣ គ្រឿង នៅក្រោយ រោងចក្រ បៅ លី ដើម្បីទុកប្រើនៅពេលផ្ទុះកូដកម្មខែ ៤-១៩៧៦។
