Tang Sivleng, confessed that in 1972, Vy, as a former student of Boeng Kak high school, who living in Baray district, Kampong Thom province, joined the CIA. In 1976, Vy, contacted Tang Sivleng, and received plan to assassinate village cadres and incite new farmers to have conflict with the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ តាំង ស៊ីវឡេង បានឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ វី អតីតសិស្ស វិទ្យាល័យបឹងកក់ បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ វី បានទាក់ទង ជាមួយខ្លួនទទួលផែនការសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលភូមិ បំផុសកសិករថ្មីឱ្យបង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយអង្គការ។
