Soeng Kleul aka Nin, 26, Single, Kampuon Ethnicity, was born in Samot Village, Chip Sub-District, Lum Phat District, Rattanak Kiri Province. He had studied at grade 9. In 1966, he did business by mining precious stone in Pailin and Battambang. Until 1970, he fled to forest to join the revolution wiht San and Say, soldiers of Northwest zone. From June to August 1978, he took part in traitorous activity in internal textile factories and other external factories such as convincing workers to destroy important equipment as looms and at least, burning down 100 kgs of thread per day. On 12 November 1978, he was arrested by the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹង ក្លើន ហៅ នីន, អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ, ជនជាតិកំពួន, នៅលីវ កើតនៅភូមិសាម៉ុត ឃុំជីព ស្រុកលំផាត់ ខេត្ដរតនៈគីរី។ រៀនដល់ ថ្នាក់ទី ៩។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៦ រកស៊ីជីកត្បូងនៅប៉ៃលិន និងបាត់ដំបង រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចូលព្រៃធ្វើបដិវត្ដន៍ នៅជាមួយឈ្មោះ សាន និង សាយជាយោធាភូមិភាគពាយ័ព្យ។ នៅខែមិថុនា និង ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨ បានចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាព តាមរោងចក្រតម្បាញ និង ក្រៅរោងចក្រ អប់រំបំផុស មហាជនកម្មករអោយបំផ្លិចផំផ្លាញសម្ភារ សំខាន់ៗដូចជា ធ្វើអោយខូចកី បោចអំបោះចោលរាល់ថ្ងៃអោយបាន យ៉ាងតិចបំផុតអោយបាន ១០០គីឡូក្រាម ក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ។ ត្រូវបាន អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨។
