Sam Hom aka Phen, a Deputy Chief of Group, Division 310, confessed that Vit, as a combatant of Kampong Som state commerce unit, was his traitorous network being disloyal to the Party, and took part in activities of burning down rice, equipment warehouses and houses located near the office H-83.
