Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, a Secreatry of Regiment 12, Division 290, admitted that Vun, a Deputy Secretary of Division 290, Regiment, had joined the meeting and received anti-revolutionary plan from Khoun, to equip networks with weapon, to prepare foodstuff, to strengthen networks' standpoints for preparing to attack the revolution, and to assign the Labor Party's members to hide in the revolutionary line.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វុន អនុលេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល៩២០ ថាបាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់បដិវត្ដន៍ពី ឃួន ឱ្យបំពាក់អាវុធ ត្រៀមស្បៀង និងអប់រំឱ្យមានគោលជំហរត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដន៍ ចាត់តាំងបញ្ចូលបក្សពលករឱ្យបង្កប់ខ្លួនកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដន៍។
