Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of Regiment 12, Division 310, confessed that Pil, secretary of Regiment, Division 920, received Vietnamese plots to betray the revolution. The plots included in the admission of Labor Party and equipped with arms to be poised to counter the revolution. Especially, the plots were to get ready for an anti-revolutionary war under the Vietnamese guideline.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ពិល លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់បដិវត្ដពីយួន។ ផែនការនោះ មាន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យបញ្ចូលបក្សពលករ បំពាក់អាវុធ ដើម្បីត្រៀម លក្ខណៈក្នុងការវាយយកបដិវត្ដ។ ជាពិសេសអប់រំយុទ្ធជនឱ្យត្រៀម ធ្វើសង្គ្រាមវាយបដិវត្ដតាមការណែនាំរបស់យួន។
