Prum Sakun, former worker of train unit, was a commando and CIA agent. After April 17, 1975, Sakun hid himself in the train unit in order to make it possible for him to gather the traitorous network. In so doing, it would be easier for his networks to implement key goals and to block the transport activities of the party.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ សាគុន កម្មកររថភ្លើងចាស់ ជាកុម្ម៉ង់ដូហើយជាខ្សែ សេអ៊ីអាដែរ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-៧៥ សាគុន មកបង្កប់ខ្លួន ក្នុងអង្គភាពរថភ្លើងដើម្បីងាយស្រួលប្រមូលខ្សែក្បត់ ងាយស្រួល ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងផែនការឱ្យបក្ខពួកអនុវត្ដរាល់ទិសដៅជាគន្លឹះ ហើយ រាំងខ្ទប់ឱ្យជាប់ចលនាដឹកជញ្ជូនរបស់បក្ស។
