Chhim Sim aka Pin, a member of office K-1, Division 310, confessed that Lim, as a Political Battalion, Division 310, was a spy agent of Choeun, a Political Battalion. In May 1975, Lim, received plan from Choeun, to expand more traitorous forces, and to incite people to rebel against the Party. In October 1975, Lim, received plan from Choeun, again to convince combatants to do farming lazily.
ឈ្មោះ ឈឹម ស៊ីម ហៅ ពីន សមាជិកមនី្ទរ ក-១ កងពល៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ លីម នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល៣១០ ជាភ្នាក់ងារគិញរបស់ ជឿន នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច។ ខែឧសភា-១៩៧៥ លីម ទទួលផែនការពី ជឿន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបក្ស និងកសាងកម្លាំងបានម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ភឿន។ ខែតុលា-១៩៧៥ លីម ទទួលផែនការពី ជឿន ម្ដងទៀត ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខ្ជិលធ្វើស្រែ។
