Chhum and other networks had secretly kept 10 Vietnamese in the construction warehouse S-8's upper floor, consisting of 3 flats, situated in the Southwest of Phsar Thmei market. They had wore our revolutionary military uniforms and hadn't been allowed to execute wrongly as what Kampuchean democratic soldiers did. Chhum Tha was a assistant force and responsible for hiding Vietnamese to attack the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ឈុំ និងបក្សពួកមួយចំនួនបានយកយួនចំនួន ១០នាក់ ទៅលាក់នៅខាងត្បូងឆៀងខាងលិចផ្សារថ្មី ផ្ទះឃ្លាំងរបស់ ស-៨ ជាន់ខាងលើមាន ៣ល្វែងដែលជាឃ្លាំងសំណង់។ រីឯយួនទាំង ១០នាក់នេះ ស្លៀកពាក់ជាឯកសណ្ឋានកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដយើង គឺ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅ ហើយអត់បណ្ដោយឱ្យពួកនេះធ្វើខុសរបៀបកងទ័ព កម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យទេ។ ក្នុងការលាក់យួននេះ ឈ្មោះឈុំ ថា ទុកជាកម្លាំងជំនួយក្នុងការប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
