Mam Doeun, Chief of New Train Carriage Repair Section, confessed that Chann, Chief of Train Carriage Repair Factory, was indoctrinated by Lam Samet and, as a result, hated the revolution. Chann carried out an anti-revolutionary activity. Chann attended the meeting aimed at building up forces for the purpose of propaganda ploy. In doing so, workers and people would disgust the revolutionary regimeand planned to demolish locomotives and other materials.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ម ឌឿន ប្រធានផ្នែកក្រុមជួសជុលផ្លូវរថភ្លើងថ្មីសារភាព ថាៈ ឈ្មោះចាន់ ប្រធានរោងចក្រជួសជុលទូររថភ្លើង បានទទួលការ អប់រំពីឡាំ សាម៉េត និងខ្លួនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដហើយរួមសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ។ ចាន់ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំលើកគំរោងការកសាងកម្លាំងសំរាប់ ដើរឃោសនាក្នុងកម្មករនិងប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ ត្រៀមរាប គំរោងការបំផ្លាញក្បាលរថភ្លើង និងសម្ភារៈផេ្សងៗទៀតជាច្រើន។
