Lou Ly aka Ra, a combatant of Logistical Unit 310, confessed that in September 1975, he and Ly, combatants of Company, Unit 310, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Khem to expand traitorous forces, to stir up quarrel in unit, and to convincingly prove the revolutionary consequences to the people. Khem was arrested by the Angkar.
