ឈ្មោះ ឡាយ ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ភាង ប្រធានកងធំ កងពល ២៩០ ជាមនុស្សក្បត់របស់ខ្លួន ហើយបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ដោយបំផ្លាញហាងក្រណាត់ ដាក់មីន បំផ្លាញឡានដឹកគ្រាប់ ពង្រិចពង្រិលកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ ឃោសនាឱ្យប្រជាជនរត់ទៅយួនដើម្បីប្រមូលកម្លាំងវាយបដិវត្ដ។
