Kim Ngoek aka Seng, 33 years old, was born in Pen village, O Krabao Sub-District, Mong District. In 1970 he worked as soldier and took responsible to hide himself in the revolutionary line in order to carry out activities against the revolution such as convincing people to flee to the enemy, reporting to the enemy on our revolutonary military bases, that were easily dropped bomb down by their planes and destroying agricultural equipment. Until October 9, 1977 he was arrested by the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ គីម ងុឹក, ហៅសេងអាយុ៣៣ឆ្នាំ, កើតនៅភូមិប៉ែន ឃុំអូរ ក្របៅ ស្រុកមោង។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ធ្វើទាហាន ហើយចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួន ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដន៍ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដន៍ដោយបំផុសប្រជាជន អោយរត់ចូលខ្មាំងរាយការណ៍អោយយន្ដហោះខ្មាំង ទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែក មកលើទីតាំងកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដន៍បំផ្លាញ សម្ភារកសិកម្មរហូតដល់អង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
