Kang Sien was a former worker of textile factory in Kampong Cham province and Thai Seng textile factory. He used to be a propagandist for Lon Nol's election and joined the CIA in 1973. After liberating day, he took part in traitorous activities with Ket Chakun and commited sabotage on destroying 9 rolls of cotton thread.
ឈ្មោះ កង សៀន អតីតកម្មកររោងចក្រតម្បាញ កំពង់ចាម និងរោងចក្រតម្បាញ សេងថៃ ធ្លាប់ធ្វើឃោសនិកបោះឆ្នោតឱ្យ លន់ ណុល ហើយចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ ជាមួយឈ្មោះ កេត ចាគន្ធ ហើយធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្មឱ្យខូចអំបោះអស់៩ដុំ។
