Nhim Chhon aka Hang, Deputy Chief of Security Unit in Region 41, confessed that Dek aka Poul convened a treacherous meeting with Rom, Yeng, Thai, Tay, Ta Choek, Chhen, Vuth and Ta Kem participating. Dek dispatched militiamen and soldiers to disguise into military units in a bid to persuade combatants to defect from their units. Dek also assigned his networks to pull big houses down and to build same and small houses instead. In doing so, farmers would have squabble with the revolution and defected to the enemy. Dek incited problems from zone to zone through the channel of deterring people from fishing in the fishing lots.
ឈ្មោះ ញឹម ឆុន ហៅ ហង់ អនុប្រធានសន្ដិសុខតំបន់ ៤១ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះដែក ហៅ ពូល បានហៅបក្ខពួកដែលមានឈ្មោះ រ៉ុម, យ៉េង, ថៃ, តាយ, តាចឹក, ឆេន, វុធ និង តាកែម ទៅប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់។ បញ្ជូនពួកស្វ័យត្រាណនិងទាហានឱ្យចូលក្នុង អង្គភាពយោធាដើម្បីឱ្យពួកនេះបំផុសយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីឱ្យរត់មក ក្រោយវិញ។ រុះផ្ទះធំៗមកសង់ផ្ទះតូចប៉ុនៗគ្នាដើម្បីឱ្យកសិករលើ ទំនាស់ជាមួយបដិវត្ដហើយរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។ បំផុសឱ្យមានទំនាស់ពី ភូមិភាគមួយទៅភូមិភាគមួយទៀត រារាំងមិនឱ្យប្រជាជនចុះរកត្រី ក្នុងឡូត៍ជាដើម។
