In Chem, secretary of region 7 confessed that Khmao, member of the ministry of industry's direction office was a leader of traitors committee in the ministry of industry, the dairy, boats unit, factory T-1, cars repairing unit, and textile factory T-7. Between June and July 1976, He received an order from Khon, secretary of factory T-1 to stir up conflict in unit and to prepare food and weapon for fighting the party.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ីន ចែម លេខាតំបន់៧ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ខ្មៅ សមាជិកមន្ទីរចាត់ការក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្មថាៈ ខ្មៅ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំក្នុង គណៈខ្សែក្បត់ក្នុងក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម រោងចក្រទឹកដោះគោ រោងចក្រកាណូត រោងចក្រដ-២ រោងចក្រជួសជុលរថយន្ដ និង រោងចក្រតម្បាញត-៧។ ខ្មៅ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ខុន លេខារោងចក្រត-១ ឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្កទំនាស់ ត្រៀមស្បៀង អាវុធសំរាប់វាយបក្សនៅ ខែ៦ឬខែ៧ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
