Kao Yoeun aka An, a female combatant of Political Battalion, Division 310, confessed that Lai, as a female commander of Company, Division 310 , Lis, as a female combatant of Logistical Company, Division 310 , and Yat, as a female combatant of Logistical Company, Division 310, were her expanded networks. Kao Yoeun aka An, assigned Lai, Lis, and Yat, to provoke women into having sexual relationship, as the result, 4 women were convinced to have sexual intercourse. Furthermore, Lai, Lis, and Yat, induced them to destroy rice seedlings. In June 1976, Lai, Lis, and Yat, received plan from At, to ruin state equipment, and to persuade women to carry out activities against the revolutionary morality. In addition, At assigned Lai, Lis, and Yat to nominate other networks to keep on to spread it out.
ឈ្មោះ កោ យឿន ហៅ អាន នារី នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាឈ្មោះ នារី ឡៃ បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០, នារី លិស ភស្ដុភារអនុសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ និង នារី យ៉ាត ភស្ដុភារអនុសេនាធំ កងពល៣១០ ជាមនុស្សរបស់ខ្លួន។ ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងនារីទាំងបីនាក់នេះ ឱ្យដើរបំផុសនារីពីបញ្ហាសីលធម៌។ នារីទាំងបីនាក់នេះ បានអូសទាញបាននារី ៤នាក់ ឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌ ហើយបំផ្លាញសន្ទូងអស់មួយហិកតា និងសំណាបអស់ ២០ម៉ែត្រ បួនជ្រុង និងអស់ ៣ស្លឹកទៀត។ ខែមិថុនា-១៩៧៦ ទាំងបីនាក់បានទទួលផែនការពី អាត ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរដ្ឋ បំផុសនារីឱ្យខុសសីលធម៌ ហើយឱ្យបីនាក់នេះទៅផ្សាយឱ្យបក្សពួកអនុវត្ដបន្ដទៀត។
