Ke Thao aka Nang, Chief of Medicine-producing Technique, Unit 310, confessed that Roeun, soldier of P-31, Division 310. In September 1976, Phen and Than assigned Roeun to hide medicine. Later on, Roeun attended the meeting and received Phen and Than's ideological view on the guideline of the Kampuchean Labor Party.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសស្លថ្នាំ អង្គភាព ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រឿន យុទ្ធជននៅព-៣១ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ កាលពីខែ៩-៧៦ ផេននិងថន បានប្រកាស់ចាត់តាំងរឿនឱ្យប្រមូលថ្នាំលាក់ទុក។ ក្រោយមក រឿនចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ណែនាំពី ផេននិងថន ស្ដីពីមាគ៌ារបស់បក្សពលករកម្ពុជា។
