Thao aka Nang, hospital P-31, confessed that in February 1975, the Labor's Party prepared plan to fight to get the revolutionary authority. Ly, Kampong Cham hospital, was nominated by Pha, to link his networks with other networks of Prang, a soldier of Division 310, in order to make themselves ready to carry out the above plan, while Phnom Penh would be successfully liberated.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែកុម្ភះ-១៩៧៥ បក្សពលករកម្ពុជា រៀបចំផែនការដណើ្ដមរដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដន៍ ឈ្មោះ លី ពេទ្យកំពង់ចាម ត្រូវបាន ឈ្មោះ ផា ចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែនឹងឈ្មោះ ប្រាង យោធាកងពល៣១០ ដើម្បី ត្រៀមខ្លួនអនុវត្ដន៍ ផែនការខាងលើនៅពេលភំ្នពេញត្រូវបានរំដោះ។
