Aom Soek, mechanic of Phnom Penh train unit, confessed that Lim and Thong, workers of Battambang train unit, joined the CIA in 1968. In February 1975, they joined the meeting and received plan from Kiry, to convince people not to support the revolutionary movement, to build up CIA forces increasingly, and to spy on Khmer Rouge bases. In April 1975, Thong and Lim, accepted plan from Kiry Phalla, to destroy Khmer Rouge by using prostitutes as the tactic.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីន រទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ បាន ឆ្លើយថាឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ ឈ្មោះ លឹម និង ថុង កម្មករខាងខ្សែរទេះភើ្លងបាត់ដំបង បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ ខែកុម្ភះ-១៩៧៥ ថុង និង លីម បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី គីរី ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនកុំឱ្យគាំទ្រ ចលនាបដិវត្ដន៍ សម្រុកកកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា រកមូលដ្ឋានខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីកមេ្ទច។ ខែមេសា-១៩៧៥ ថុង និង លីម បានទទួលផែនការពី គីរី ផល្លា ឱ្យកមេ្ទចខ្មែរក្រហមដោយយកស្រីពេស្យាជាគន្លឹៈ។
