Aom Soek, a train mechanic in Phnom Penh confessed that Kang Sary was a CIA member and used to spread propaganda in Tuol Ta Ek, Wat Sampeou, and Wat Kampheng villages in Battambang province. Between 1974 and 1975, Kang Sary was assigned to convince people not to believe Khmer Rouge's propaganda, and to build CIA forces in order to find out Khmer Rouge military bases. Moreover, those forces were nominated to penetrate into Khmer Rouge units and to destroy properties in those.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញបានឆ្លើយ សារភាពពីឈ្មោះ កង សារី អ្នកពត់ដែករទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញថា កង សារី ជាសេអ៊ីអា ហើយបានទៅឃោសនា នៅភូមិទួលតាឯកខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង វត្ដសំពៅនិងវត្ដកំផែង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤-៧៥ កង សារី ទទួលផែនការណ៍ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនកុំឱ្យជឿពាក្យឃោសនារបស់ ខ្មែរក្រហម កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា តាមដានរកមូលដ្ឋានខ្មែរក្រហម ដោយចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងបង្កប់ ក្នុងជួរខ្មែរក្រហមនិងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ ជាច្រើនទៀត។
