Chem Vann aka Phin, a soldier of division 98 confessed that Khon, a soldier of unit P-31 joined the meeting to receive traitorous plan from Nut, chief of economy office. Khon stole serums, medicines, milk, and sugar in economy office.
ឈ្មោះ ចែម វ៉ាន់ ហៅ ភិន យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល៩៨បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ ខុន យុទ្ធជននៅអង្គភាព ព-៣១ថា ខុន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ នុត ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ខុន លួចសេរ៉ូម ថ្នាំពេទ្យ ទឹកដោះគោ ស្ករសពីសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
