Tep Phalla, a soldier of Phnom Penh energy unit's direction office, confessed that Heang Songthai, Soeun, Vuth, Sun Eng, Heng, living in Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province, were CIA networks, since they had studied in Peam Chikang school. Moreover, they were in charge of spying on the revolutionary movement in Peam Chikang school.
