Chuon Vuon aka Cheat, 30 years old, was deputy chief of Prek Pneou white gas technicians. Before, he worked as a messenger of brother Khuon working in Northern zone, and then lived with brother Pork. After the liberation, he was appointed as a chief of economy section in Reussey Keo white gas warehouse. He caused two cars to break down. In November 1975, he received plan from Meun to oppose to the revolutionary line. He caused two weld-machines to burn down. In August 29, 1976 he was arrested by the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ ជួន វួន «ជាតិ» អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ នាទីអនុបចេ្ចកទេស សាំងព្រែកព្នៅ ពីមុនជានិរសារបង ឃួន នៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ក្រោយមកនៅជាមួយបង ពក និងក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះធ្វើប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឃ្លាំងសាំងឫស្សីកែវ។ ជននេះបានធ្វើឱ្យខូចឡាន ២គ្រឿង។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៥ វួន បានទទួលការណែនាំពីឈ្មោះ មឺន ឱ្យប្រឆាំង មាគ៌ាបដិវត្ដ ហើយបានធ្វើឱ្យឆេះម៉ាស៊ីនផ្សារដែកអស់ ២គ្រឿង។ ជននេះត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី២៩-៨-១៩៧៦។
